We’re looking for an eager and knowledgeable Performance Marketer to join our Digital Marketing Team in Ahmedabad, India. You should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks, you also need to be a team player and have a problem-solving attitude.

Working quickly and creatively should come naturally to you, as well as being an innovative problem-solver who takes pride in producing logical, simple and effective solutions to what are often very new and complex issues

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy, including PPC, display advertising, social media advertising, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.
  • Oversee the management of paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
  • Optimize campaigns by analyzing performance data, making data-driven decisions, and implementing A/B testing to improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as content, design, and development, to create high-converting landing pages and ad creatives.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently to achieve marketing KPIs and business goals.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the company stays ahead in the performance marketing space.
  • Lead and mentor a team of performance marketing specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.

Technical Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of PPC platforms, such as Google Ads and Bing Ads, and paid social platforms, including Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Experience with affiliate marketing and display advertising platforms.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and ad tracking tools.
  • Familiarity with conversion rate optimization and A/B testing tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and strategies.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot or Marketo.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for landing page optimization.
