Job Responsibilities
- Research healthcare industry stats and data to develop data-driven blogs and articles.
- Create and publish SEO-optimized blog posts, case studies, and newsletters.
- Analyze competitor and top industry blogs to discover effective post formats, structures, and writing approaches, then adapt for brand use.
- Distribute content across blogs, LinkedIn, social platforms, and client channels to maximize reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and client teams to align content with growth campaigns and incorporate feedback.
- Edit content for compliance, readability, and brand voice before final publishing on WordPress or client sites.
- Support lead generation through targeted articles and posts for hospitals, labs, and healthcare providers.
- Leverage research tools to maintain up-to-date industry trends and statistics in all content output.
Technical Skills Required
- Preferred candidates with MBA in Marketing or Journalism background, or prior healthcare content experience.
- Skilled in crafting compliant, persuasive copy for healthcare campaigns, case studies, and newsletters.
- Experience with Canva or Napkin.ai for designing basic infographics, flowcharts, and visuals.
- Ability to leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Jasper) for ideation and outlines, followed by humanizing for an authentic healthcare voice.
- Strong command of strategic CTA placement in blog headers, mid-body, and conclusions to drive clicks and conversions.
- In-depth knowledge of AIDA and EEAT frameworks to create scannable, high-engagement healthcare content using H1s, H2s, H3s, bullets, and visuals.
- Proficiency in Google Keyword Planner and Ahrefs for researching healthcare-specific terms to optimize content rankings.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for content creation and collaboration.
