We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Quality Analyst to ensure the quality and functionality of our enterprise-level design and development projects. You will be an individual contributor, taking ownership of the testing process and ensuring deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and user experience within the no-code environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Test Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies specifically tailored for projects, considering the platform’s unique features and limitations.
- Test Case Design and Execution: Create detailed test cases covering functional, usability, performance, and accessibility aspects of websites and applications. Execute these test cases meticulously, leveraging the platform’s preview and publish functionalities for testing in different environments.
- Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects clearly and concisely using a bug tracking system. Collaborate effectively with remote development team members across different time zones to reproduce and verify fixes.
- Regression Testing: Perform thorough regression testing after any changes or updates to the site to ensure existing functionality remains intact, coordinating testing efforts with distributed teams.
- Performance Testing: Conduct performance testing, considering the platform’s hosting infrastructure and optimization best practices, to ensure sites load quickly and handle expected traffic, providing clear reports accessible to remote teams.
- Usability and Accessibility Testing: Evaluate the user experience and accessibility of sites, ensuring they adhere to WCAG guidelines and provide an intuitive user journey. Leverage the platform’s built-in SEO and accessibility features during testing, sharing findings with the distributed design team.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with designers, developers, project managers, and stakeholders across various time zones, utilizing clear and concise written and verbal communication.
- Documentation: Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports, specific to projects, ensuring documentation is easily accessible to all remote team members.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest features, updates, and best practices in quality assurance for no-code platforms, and contribute to improving our testing processes, sharing knowledge with the global QA team.
Technical Skills Required
- Strong understanding of the Webflow platform.
- Experience with Webflow hosting and publishing workflows.
- Familiarity with browser developer tools.
