Job Responsibilities

Create and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for web, mobile, and API-based applications
Conduct manual testing for UI, backend workflows, data validation, and integrations
Perform API testing using Postman and validate data flow across modules
Assist in building and maintaining automation test scripts for regression cycles (Selenium/Python preferred)
Participate actively in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to align QA timelines with development cycles
Perform cross-browser and responsive testing to ensure a consistent user experience
Log, track, and verify bugs using tools like Jira, ClickUp, or Trello
Collaborate with BAs and developers to validate feature requirements and prepare for UAT
Support QA efforts in projects involving custom ERP modules or internal business tools, ensuring accurate functionality across modules like inventory, user management, reporting, or scheduling

Strong hands-on experience with Manual Testing, including functional, UI/UX, integration, and regression testing
Experience with API Testing using Postman or similar tools
Familiarity with Automation Testing concepts; hands-on knowledge of Selenium with Python is a plus
Basic knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter
Proficiency in cross-browser and cross-device testing
Exposure to testing ERP systems (web-based or custom platforms; not limited to SAP)
Understanding of version control systems like Git/Bitbucket
Familiarity with CI/CD tools or pipelines is an added advantage

Excellent communication and documentation skills
Strong analytical and probpolem-solving mindset
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to testing
Ability to work collaboratively in Agile/Scrum environments
Capable of coordinating with developers, BAs, and designers across time zones
Curiosity to learn about new domains, especially ERP, eCommerce, and custom business applications
Time management and ownership over task-level
