Turning Billie’s AI-First Vision into a Scalable Webflow Experience

Name of the client : Billie

Billie was already exploring a different way of building its digital presence. With an AI-generated design concept created through Claude and a growing legal wellness platform taking shape, the brand had the vision-it now needed the right structure to bring that vision to life.

The opportunity was not simply to redesign a website. It was to take an idea that had started with AI, translate it into a practical design system, and carry that same AI-forward thinking into development. Billie needed a digital experience that could make a complex legal technology product feel approachable while also giving the team greater flexibility to evolve the platform over time.

That is where ZealousWeb came in. We transformed the Claude-generated concept into an editable Figma foundation, moved the existing Squarespace website to Webflow, and introduced Claude AI with Webflow MCP 2.0 into the development workflow. The result was a more structured, scalable digital experience built with 57% less development time-without compromising the website’s design, CMS structure, or functionality.

Challenges

Turning an AI Idea into a Real Design System

Billie’s original concept captured the direction of the product, but an AI-generated design was not enough to support ongoing review, refinement, and development. The vision needed to be translated into a structured Figma environment without losing what made the original concept distinctive.

Making Legal Technology Feel Approachable

Public records and background-check information can quickly become complex. Billie needed to explain how its platform scans, scores, interprets, and monitors information without overwhelming visitors with legal or technical language.

Outgrowing the Existing Website

The Squarespace website had served its purpose, but Billie’s evolving product story called for greater flexibility. More control was needed over page structure, responsive behavior, content presentation, conversion journeys, and future updates.

Migrating Without Losing the Experience

Moving to Webflow meant rebuilding far more than pages. Navigation, hierarchy, calls to action, forms, legal disclaimers, messaging, and responsive behavior all needed to remain consistent while the underlying platform changed.

Delivering More Within Limited Hours

The engagement covered design conversion, development, migration, revisions, and ongoing support within a tightly managed allocation of hours. That made prioritization, communication, and execution efficiency especially important.

Solutions

Turning Claude Concepts into Structured Figma

We recreated Billie’s AI-generated concept as an editable Figma system, organizing layouts, typography, colors, spacing, buttons, forms, and reusable components into a clearer design foundation.

This preserved the thinking behind the original AI concept while giving both the client and development team a practical source for collaboration, refinement, and implementation.

Simplifying the Product Story

We organized the website around the questions prospective users were most likely to ask and used Billie’s Scan, Score, Fix, Monitor framework to make the product journey easier to follow. Instead of presenting separate tools in isolation, the experience connected them into one understandable legal wellness journey.

Rebuilding Billie in Webflow

We migrated the existing Squarespace website to Webflow and rebuilt its layouts, navigation, forms, content sections, responsive behavior, footer information, and legal messaging. The new foundation gave Billie greater control over future pages, resources, product content, and campaigns as the business continues to evolve.

Building Trust into Every Stage

Because Billie operates in a sensitive category, trust could not be treated as an afterthought. Messaging around privacy, encryption, source transparency, free core access, and Billie’s non-law-firm status was integrated across the experience. Billie Scan™, Legal Wellness Score™, Billie AI, monitoring tools, and Billie Wellness Network™ were also presented as parts of one connected ecosystem rather than disconnected features.

Creating Clearer Paths to Action

Calls to action and forms were positioned at relevant decision points throughout the website, giving visitors a natural next step after learning about Billie’s product, mission, or AI capabilities.

This created a more purposeful journey from initial discovery toward joining the waitlist or beginning a Billie Scan™ when available.

Taking AI from Concept to Development

AI did not stop at the design stage. We extended it into the Webflow development workflow using Claude AI and Webflow MCP 2.0.

CMS content could be added directly, SEO metadata generated and implemented across pages, assets moved from Figma into Webflow, content populated during development, custom interactions created faster, and live production checks carried out through the same connected workflow.

Keeping Design and Development Moving Together

The workflow also allowed design and development activity to continue in parallel. While the design team worked inside Webflow, development could continue through Claude without unnecessary blocking between teams.

That tighter collaboration helped reduce handoff gaps, speed up revisions, and make better use of the available project hours.

Results

Reducing Development Time by 57%

The clearest impact came from development efficiency. A build estimated at 72.5 manual development hours was completed in 31.3 hours using Claude AI and Webflow MCP 2.0, representing a 57% reduction in development time across the measured scope.

Delivering a Scalable 22-Page Website

The final Webflow setup included 22 pages-17 static and five CMS-driven template pages-along with five CMS collections containing 43 published items.

This gave Billie a much stronger content foundation for expanding resources, press coverage, testimonials, and legal wellness content over time.

Turning an AI Concept into a Build-Ready System

What began as a Claude-generated idea became a structured Figma design system and a fully developed Webflow experience. Billie now has a clearer bridge between brand thinking, design, content, and development instead of relying on isolated assets or an AI concept that is difficult to maintain.

Making the Product Easier to Understand

The new structure gives users a simpler way to understand Billie’s legal wellness ecosystem, how its products connect, and what steps they can take next.

The Scan, Score, Fix, Monitor journey provides a clearer narrative around a product category that could otherwise feel complicated or intimidating.

Strengthening Trust Before Conversion

Privacy, security, transparency, and platform-role messaging now appear as part of the user journey rather than being buried in supporting content.

Combined with clearer calls to action and forms, this creates a stronger foundation for building confidence before visitors are asked to take the next step.

Creating an AI-Ready Foundation for Growth

Billie moved from an AI-generated concept and a less flexible Squarespace website to an organized Figma system, scalable Webflow architecture, reusable CMS structure, and AI-assisted development workflow.

The result is not simply a redesigned website. It is a digital foundation built to support Billie as its product, content, campaigns, and wider legal wellness ecosystem continue to grow.
