Job Responsibilities
- Strategize, execute, and manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns.
- Optimize budgets daily to meet client KPIs (Lead Gen & E-commerce).
- Manage marketplace advertising for e-commerce clients (Amazon/Flipkart).
- Set up automated email workflows and lead nurturing via Brevo/Zoho.
- Perform continuous A/B testing on ad copies, creatives, and landing pages.
- Conduct thorough competitor research and audience mapping.
- Collaborate with the Team Leader to refine growth strategies.
- Maintain clear project documentation in ClickUp.
Technical Skills Required
- Paid Media: Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube), LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Marketplace Management: Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products/Brands), Flipkart Ads.
- CRM & Email: Zoho CRM, Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), HubSpot, Mailchimp.
- Tracking & Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Conversion API (CAPI), Pixel setup.
- Operations: ClickUp, Slack, Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (Advanced reporting).
- Creative/CRO: Basic Canva (for ad mockups), Unbounce, Instapage, Hotjar.
Non-Technical Skills Required
- Analytical mindset with a focus on ROAS/CPA.
- Agency-bred multitasking (handling multiple client accounts simultaneously).
- Strong copywriting skills for ad headlines and descriptions.
- Ability to present data-driven reports to stakeholders.
- Fast learner regarding new platform algorithms.
