Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles
- Understand hiring requirements from department heads and project managers
- Prepare and publish job descriptions on job portals, LinkedIn, and recruitment platforms
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and employee referrals
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews and evaluate candidate fit
- Coordinate technical interviews with development and delivery teams
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, and follow-ups with hiring managers
- Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer rollouts
- Maintain candidate pipeline and talent pool for future hiring needs
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rate
- Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and recruitment processes
- Support employer branding initiatives on LinkedIn and other platforms
- Maintain and update recruitment records in ATS or HR systems
Technical Skills Required
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and similar platforms
- Understanding of IT roles and technologies
- Ability to perform Boolean search for candidate sourcing
- Experience with resume screening tools and recruitment databases
- Basic knowledge of HRMS systems and recruitment dashboards
- Ability to manage recruitment pipelines and candidate databases
- Familiarity with recruitment analytics and reporting
