Job Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles
  • Understand hiring requirements from department heads and project managers
  • Prepare and publish job descriptions on job portals, LinkedIn, and recruitment platforms
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and employee referrals
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
  • Conduct initial HR screening interviews and evaluate candidate fit
  • Coordinate technical interviews with development and delivery teams
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, and follow-ups with hiring managers
  • Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer rollouts
  • Maintain candidate pipeline and talent pool for future hiring needs
  • Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rate
  • Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and recruitment processes
  • Support employer branding initiatives on LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Maintain and update recruitment records in ATS or HR systems

Technical Skills Required

  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and similar platforms
  • Understanding of IT roles and technologies
  • Ability to perform Boolean search for candidate sourcing
  • Experience with resume screening tools and recruitment databases
  • Basic knowledge of HRMS systems and recruitment dashboards
  • Ability to manage recruitment pipelines and candidate databases
  • Familiarity with recruitment analytics and reporting
