We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Delivery Manager to join our growing team at ZealousWeb! Job Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects across web, mobile, and enterprise solutions for global clients.
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables, adherence to SLAs, and on-time project completion within defined budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, DevOps, and UI/UX for seamless delivery execution.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes, methodologies, and tools.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and relationship management.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high customer satisfaction and team performance.
  • Mentor and guide project managers, team leads, and junior delivery staff to enhance capabilities and ownership.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and other project management methodologies; certified preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in risk management, conflict resolution, and change control processes.
  • Proven ability to manage geographically distributed teams and offshore/onshore coordination.
  • Experience working in a white-label service model for B2B clients, especially from the USA, UK, and Europe.
  • Expertise in resource planning, workload distribution, and performance monitoring.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key delivery metrics (utilization, velocity, quality, margin, etc.).
  • Collaborate with sales and presales teams for solution design, effort estimation, and proposal support.
  • Must have a strong understanding of AI trends and technologies, and be hands-on with prompt engineering for AI tools and platforms.
  • Ability to translate business needs into AI-driven technical solutions where applicable.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, process-driven, and adaptable to fast-paced, changing environments.

Technical Skills Required

  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall)
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project)
  • Hands-on experience with resource planning and capacity management tools
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
  • Working knowledge of quality assurance processes and test management tools
  • Understanding of system architecture, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), and deployment models
  • Ability to interpret technical documentation, wireframes, and solution architectures
  • Proficient in effort estimation techniques
  • Exposure to full-stack technologies, open source technologies and frameworks
  • Awareness of mobile and web app development cycles (iOS, Android, React Native, Flutter, etc.)
  • Comfortable working with APIs, integrations, and third-party service layers
  • Good command over data handling, version control systems (Git, Bitbucket), and repository management
  • Strong grasp of performance monitoring, SLA tracking, and delivery analytics
  • Experience in handling white-label/B2B delivery environments across multiple domains
  • Understanding of AI/ML workflows, tools, and trends, including hands-on experience with prompt engineering for tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar LLM platforms
