We are seeking a Marketing Analyst who will be responsible for implementing and managing digital analytics tracking across websites, landing pages, campaigns, and CRM touchpoints. The ideal candidate must have strong experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and monitoring lead journeys across paid, organic, email, and WhatsApp channels. The role involves ensuring data accuracy, maintaining tracking governance, and presenting performance insights to stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and maintain web analytics & tracking setups across websites and campaigns.
- Configure and manage Google Tag Manager (Web + Server-Side preferred) including tags, triggers, and custom variables.
- Set up and optimize GA4 events, conversions, funnels, audiences, engagement metrics, and reporting dashboards.
- Design and maintain Data Layer & Event Taxonomy for accurate, structured analytics data.
- Meta Pixel, Google Ads Conversions, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Microsoft UET, Pinterest Tag
- Enhanced E-Commerce tracking for Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Webflow, etc.
- Implement UTM tracking frameworks and campaign naming conventions for accurate attribution.
- Track and analyze Email Marketing campaign performance (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns, Klaviyo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign, etc.)
- Set up and monitor WhatsApp click & chat tracking, including WA.me links, app deep-links, & WhatsApp Business API events.
- Track and measure lead journeys from Landing Pages → Website → WhatsApp/Email → CRM → Conversion.
- Perform QA & debugging using: GA4 DebugView, Tag Assistant, Pixel Helper, Network Logs, DataLayer Inspection.
- Build & automate Looker Studio performance dashboards for weekly/monthly stakeholder reporting.
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing, SEO, SMM, and Development teams to ensure clean, reliable analytics data.
- Maintain clear documentation for tracking plans, SOPs, and change logs.
Technical Skills Required
- Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) setup, configuration, reporting & insights.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) including custom event implementations.
- Understanding of Data Layer architecture, dataLayer.push, event parameters & custom dimensions.
- Knowledge of Enhanced E-commerce Tracking across CMS and e-commerce platforms.
- Experience implementing and troubleshooting Meta Pixel, Google Ads Conversion Tracking, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Microsoft UET Tag, and Pinterest Tag.
- Strong understanding of UTM strategies & cross-channel attribution logic.
- Experience tracking Email Marketing campaigns & WhatsApp interactions across platforms.
- Familiarity with Zoho CRM, HubSpot CRM, Salesforce, or similar CRM workflows.
- Ability to debug using Tag Assistant, DebugView, Pixel Helper, Network/Console logs.
- Proficiency in Looker Studio, Excel/Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, vlookup).
- Basic working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for troubleshooting tracking scripts.
- Server-Side GTM, BigQuery, SQL, Consent Mode / Facebook CAPI.
