We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist who thrives at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution. This role requires hands-on experience across paid media platforms, marketplace advertising, CRM-driven automation, and conversion tracking, along with a strong ability to optimize campaigns for measurable growth. The ideal candidate brings an analytical mindset, strong copy instincts, and the agility to manage multiple client accounts while continuously adapting to evolving platform algorithms. You will play a key role in driving ROI-focused campaigns, collaborating closely with internal teams, and turning insights into scalable performance outcomes. Candidate must have a background in a Digital Marketing Agency. * Preference for candidates who have managed both Service-based lead gen and E-commerce (D2C) brands.

Knowledge of Amazon marketplace is a significant plus.

Job Responsibilities

  • Strategize, execute, and manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns.
  • Optimize budgets daily to meet client KPIs (Lead Gen & E-commerce).
  • Manage marketplace advertising for e-commerce clients (Amazon/Flipkart).
  • Set up automated email workflows and lead nurturing via Brevo/Zoho.
  • Perform continuous A/B testing on ad copies, creatives, and landing pages.
  • Conduct thorough competitor research and audience mapping.
  • Collaborate with the Team Leader to refine growth strategies.
  • Maintain clear project documentation in ClickUp.

Technical Skills Required

  • Paid Media: Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube), LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Marketplace Management: Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products/Brands), Flipkart Ads.
  • CRM & Email: Zoho CRM, Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), HubSpot, Mailchimp.
  • Tracking & Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Conversion API (CAPI), Pixel setup.
  • Operations: ClickUp, Slack, Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (Advanced reporting).
  • Creative/CRO: Basic Canva (for ad mockups), Unbounce, Instapage, Hotjar.

Non-Technical Skills Required

  • Analytical mindset with a focus on ROAS/CPA.
  • Agency-bred multitasking (handling multiple client accounts simultaneously).
  • Strong copywriting skills for ad headlines and descriptions.
  • Ability to present data-driven reports to stakeholders.
  • Fast learner regarding new platform algorithms.
