Job Responsibilities

Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and manage PPC campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, social media ads, etc.).
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve performance and achieve KPIs.

Keyword Research:

  • Conduct thorough keyword research to identify the most relevant and high-performing keywords.
  • Use tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and others to find keyword opportunities.

Ad Copywriting:

  • Write compelling ad copy that attracts clicks and converts.
  • Test different ad copy variations to determine the most effective messages.

Bid Management:

  • Manage bids to maximize ROI and achieve campaign goals.
  • Use automated bidding strategies and manual adjustments as needed.

Performance Analysis:

  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and insights.
  • Generate regular reports to communicate campaign performance to stakeholders.

A/B Testing:

  • Implement A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and other campaign elements.
  • Analyze test results to make data-driven decisions for optimization.

Budget Management:

  • Allocate and manage budgets across campaigns to ensure efficient use of funds.
  • Track spending and adjust budgets as necessary to avoid overspending.

Competitor Analysis:

  • Monitor competitor activities and strategies to stay ahead in the market.
  • Identify opportunities and threats from competitors’ campaigns.

Landing Page Optimization:

  • Collaborate with web developers and designers to optimize landing pages for better conversion rates.
  • Ensure landing pages are relevant, engaging, and aligned with ad copy.

Client Communication:

  • Communicate with clients or stakeholders to understand their goals and provide updates on campaign performance.
  • Offer recommendations for improvement based on campaign data.

Staying Updated:

  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and best practices in PPC and digital marketing.
  • Attend webinars, workshops, and conferences to enhance skills and knowledge.

Tools and Technologies:

  • Utilize various PPC management and analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Ads Editor, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
  • Stay proficient in using these tools to analyze and improve campaign performance.

Compliance and Best Practices:

  • Ensure all campaigns adhere to platform policies and industry best practices.
  • Monitor and address any compliance issues that may arise.

Technical Skills Required

  • Expertise in using Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and other PPC platforms.
  • Experience with Google Ads Editor and other campaign management tools.
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
  • Advanced skills in Google Analytics 4 and other analytics tools.
  • Ability to generate, interpret, and report on campaign data.
  • Experience in setting up and analyzing A/B tests for ads and landing pages.
  • Familiarity with automated bidding strategies and bid management tools.
  • Skills in writing persuasive ad copy that drives clicks and conversions.
  • Knowledge of landing page design and optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Clarity, and Hotjar is must.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and how they relate to PPC.
  • Hands-on experience with Looker Studio for generating performance/KPI reports.

Non-Technical Skills Required

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting and client interactions.
