This is about guiding smart people to work smarter, helping them sprint with purpose, and ensuring our clients and internal teams move in the same direction — together.
Job Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily Scrum meetings, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Guide and coach the team on Agile/Scrum practices, ensuring adherence to frameworks
- Act as a servant leader to enable high-performing, self-organized Agile teams
- Remove impediments that hinder the team’s progress and shield them from external distractions
- Track, manage, and improve team velocity, sprint burndown, and other Agile KPIs
- Work closely with Product Owners to maintain well-groomed backlogs and prioritized sprints
- Foster collaboration among developers, QA, designers, and stakeholders for smooth delivery
- Ensure transparency and visibility into the team’s delivery progress and health
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage dependencies within and outside the team
- Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement within the delivery process
- Facilitate integration of AI-assisted tools and workflows, ensuring the team leverages them effectively
- Support exploration and adoption of prompt engineering and AI-based practices in collaboration with technical leads
- Mentor junior Scrum Masters and Agile team members as needed
- Support organizational initiatives toward Agile maturity and scaling (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, etc.)
Technical Skills Required
- Proficiency in Agile project management tools (e.g. ClickUp, Jira, Confluence, Trello)
- Good understanding of SDLC, DevOps concepts, and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, Bitbucket) and code repositories
- Understanding of software development and testing processes for web, mobile, and APIs
- Basic knowledge of integration workflows, microservices, and cloud environments (AWS etc)
- Exposure to Agile scaling frameworks like SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus is a plus
- Ability to analyze sprint metrics and generate Agile performance reports
- Awareness of quality assurance and defect tracking processes
- Understanding of LLMs and ability to facilitate discussions around AI-based solutions is a plus
- Working knowledge of AI tools and hands-on experience with prompt engineering for task automation and productivity optimization
- Experience working in a white-label delivery model across global time zones is preferred
