We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Professional to manage end-to-end accounting operations and ensure strong financial compliance across the organization. The role demands hands-on expertise in Tally Prime 7.0 with automation features, GST compliance and portal transactions, payroll processing, and export-oriented accounting including foreign exchange rate difference handling. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical abilities, accuracy in financial reporting, and the confidence to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. This position plays a key role in maintaining financial integrity, supporting management with insights, and ensuring timely completion of all accounting and statutory responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations.
- Ensure compliance with GST regulations and handle GST portal transactions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in Tally.
- Having good hands on Tally Prime version 7.0 with Automation features
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management review.
- Handle payroll processing and ensure accurate payroll transactions.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Record and manage foreign exchange transactions in Tally.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of financial tasks and responsibilities.
Technical Skills Required
- Most IMP – Should have adaptability to any new ERP software like Zoho Accounting ete.
- Proficiency in using the GST portal.
- Advanced knowledge of Tally software, specifically new Tally Prime version 7.0 with Automation
- Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with payroll software.
Non-Technical Skills Required
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Should have experience of handling Export firm accounting with foreign exchange rate difference accounting affect
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
