At ZealousWeb, we are looking for driven professionals who can blend strong IT services knowledge with consultative sales excellence. This role offers the opportunity to work across global markets, engage with international clients, and manage the complete sales lifecycle for web, mobile, digital marketing, and emerging AI-enabled solutions. You will collaborate closely with delivery, marketing, and operations teams to craft proposals, estimations, and strategies that are both technically sound and commercially impactful. Job Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across global markets (US, UK, EU, Middle East, etc).
- Handle inbound leads and outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email outreach, and all relevant platforms.
- Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting → qualification → proposal → negotiation → closure.
- Conduct detailed requirement gathering for IT services (Web, Mobile, Digital Marketing, Cloud, Support).
- Basic understanding of how AI is applied in digital services
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships; ensure high client satisfaction post-onboarding.
- Prepare proposals, pitch decks, SoWs, and estimations in collaboration with the delivery team.
- Drive revenue targets consistently through structured daily/weekly sales activities.
- Represent ZealousWeb in client calls, virtual demos, and industry-specific events.
- Coordinate with PMs and technical teams to ensure smooth project handover and kickoff.
- Maintain accurate deal pipeline, sales reporting, and forecast updates in CRM.
- Ability to qualify marketing-generated leads as well as self-sourced opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies to refine sales approach.
Technical Skills Required
- Strong understanding of IT services:
- Custom Web Development (PHP, Laravel, WordPress, Magento, Webflow, etc.)
- Mobile Apps (Flutter, ReactNative).
- UX/UI, QA, DevOps, Support & Maintenance models.
- Proficiency in preparing estimates (T&M, fixed cost, dedicated hiring).
- Hands-on experience with CRMs (Zoho, Pipedrive, or equivalent).
- Ability to read, interpret, and draft SRS, SoW, and technical documentation.
- Understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, CRO, GBP, etc.).
- Good command of proposal tools, presentation tools, and sales automation platforms.
- Strong email writing, LinkedIn outreach, and virtual demo presentation skills.
