Job Responsibilities

  • Working with Drupal websites & Plugins etc.
  • Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery.
  • Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
  • Collaborate with other developers, project leaders and project managers to estimation, plan, design, development, testing, deployment and management.
  • Develop, test, deployment and maintain web based application.
  • Participate in peer-reviews of solution related to coding.
  • Analyses and resolve technical application problems.
  • Hands on knowledge about Project Management tools like Jira/Asana/Wrike/trello/basecamp etc.
  • Knowledge of the Linux command line/ GIT repository
  • Good levels of communication. Both written and verbal
  • Listen to team members’ feedback
  • Manage the flow of day-to-day operations
  • Analyze the Risk Factors of the work before start the work.
  • Encourage creativity and risk-taking
  • Discover training needs and provide coaching
  • Delegate tasks and set deadlines

Technical Skills Required

  • Drupal Development: Deep understanding of Drupal CMS, including module development, theming, and site configuration.
  • PHP: Proficiency in PHP programming language, as Drupal is built on PHP. Nice to have – Laravel, Symphony experience and knowledge.
  • HTML/CSS: Strong grasp of front-end technologies like HTML5 and CSS3 for theming and styling Drupal sites.
  • JavaScript: Knowledge of JavaScript and libraries like jQuery for client-side scripting and interactivity.
  • MySQL/Database Management: Understanding of database management systems, especially MySQL which is commonly used with Drupal.
  • Version Control: Experience with version control systems like Git for managing codebase efficiently, especially in collaborative environments.
  • APIs and Integration: Ability to integrate Drupal with third-party services and APIs for extended functionality.
  • Performance Optimization: Skills in optimizing Drupal sites for performance, including caching mechanisms and code optimization.
  • Security Best Practices: Knowledge of security best practices in Drupal development to ensure the safety of the application and its data.
  • Debugging and Troubleshooting: Proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting Drupal sites to identify and fix issues efficientl
