Job Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality leads through multiple channels: LinkedIn, email outreach, Upwork, Clutch, directories, and any relevant platforms.
- Build targeted prospect lists using tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, or similar.
- Execute outbound campaigns with personalized messaging aligned to ZealousWeb’s service offerings.
- Qualify leads based on budget, timeline, and technical fit before passing to BDM.
- Maintain prospecting KPIs: number of contacts added, outreach volume, response rate, qualified leads.
- Coordinate with BDM on ICP, lead scoring, and campaign strategy.
- Focus on defined target geographies and priority industries as guided by the sales strategy.
- Follow email compliance, opt-out practices, and data hygiene standards to protect domain and brand reputation.
- Leverage AI tools for prospect research, account insights, personalization at scale, subject-line testing, and follow-up optimization.
- Track all activities in CRM and ensure clean, updated data at all times.
- Research new verticals, geographies, and trends to expand outbound opportunities
- Support BDMs with pre-sales tasks such as initial requirement notes, call scheduling, or follow-ups as and when needed.
Technical Skills Required
- Strong command of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, and CRM usage.
- Ability to identify decision-makers and understand basic IT service requirements.
- Basic understanding of website technologies, CMS platforms, mobile apps, and digital marketing.
- Experience creating prospect lists using data mining tools
- Knowledge of cold email best practices: warm-ups, domain health, sequencing, personalization.
- Ability to qualify leads using standard frameworks (BANT, CHAMP, MEDDIC Lite).
- Proficient in Excel/Sheets for lead tracking and segmentation.
