Job Responsibilities

  • Strategy Implementation: Implement effective lead generation strategies and campaigns to target potential clients in various industries.
  • Research: Conduct research to identify prospective clients, their needs, and their decision-makers.
  • Outreach: Reach out to potential clients via email, instant messaging channels, social media, and other communication channels to introduce the agency’s services and initiate conversations.
  • Content Sharing: Share engaging content, such as blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies, to showcase the agency’s expertise and generate interest from potential clients on Social Media.
  • Lead Qualification: Evaluate and qualify leads to determine their potential as clients, based on factors such as budget, needs, and decision-making authority.
  • CRM Management: Manage and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with lead information, outreach activities, and follow-ups.
  • Reporting: Track and report on lead generation performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.

Technical Skills Required

  • CRM Tools: Proficiency in CRM tools like Zoho / HubSpot to manage leads and track communication.
  • Marketing Automation: Familiarity with marketing automation tools like Get Response or Mailchimp to streamline outreach and follow-up processes.
  • Social Media Platforms: Knowledge of various social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook, to identify potential leads and engage in outreach activities.
  • Data Analytics: Basic understanding of data analytics tools like Google Analytics to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies.

Non-Technical Skills Required

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey the agency’s value proposition and engage potential clients.
