Job Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation and Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, referrals, and online platforms, while also nurturing relationships with existing clients.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of business development professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to help them achieve individual and team targets.
  • Proposal Development and Presentation: Oversee the development of proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to client needs, ensuring alignment with company capabilities and value proposition.
  • Revenue Generation and Target Achievement: Drive revenue generation efforts to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals, while also monitoring team performance and providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities, guiding business development strategies accordingly.

Technical Skills Required

  • Web & Mobile Development Knowledge: An understanding of web and mobile development processes, technologies, and trends is essential for effectively communicating with clients and understanding project requirements.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing, is necessary to support client projects and identify potential opportunities.
